I made it up. Based off how biblical women operated. Rebecca seemed to desire these things. So did Bathsheba when she ruled Israel after David died.
It's as succinct a way to describe the feminine condition that I have ever read, yet so able to be expounded on or every element of the phrase. Very good writing.
